What Sorted is

Sorted Away Days is currently an early-access journey-planning service. It helps customers organise requirements and, as approved supplier connections are added, compare genuine travel options.

Sorted does not currently take customer payments or complete bookings. When a live option is available, the customer books directly with the named supplier and accepts that supplier’s terms.

Prices and availability

We do not invent prices, availability, routes, ratings, protection or booking links. Live information is shown only when returned by a connected supplier.

Sorted separates the headline price, compulsory charges and optional extras wherever the supplier provides enough information. If a cost cannot be confirmed, it is marked “not yet included”. The supplier’s final checkout remains the authoritative price.

Travel and financial protection

ATOL, ABTA or other protection is shown only when it applies to the specific booking and can be confirmed. Separate flight, accommodation and transport bookings may not form a protected package.

Customers must check the supplier’s protection, cancellation terms, passport, visa, insurance and entry requirements before paying.

Affiliate disclosure

Some booking links may be affiliate links. Sorted may receive a commission from the supplier at no extra charge to the customer.

Commission does not decide the recommendation. A better option may still be shown when that supplier pays no commission. Affiliate links will be identified where they are used.

Privacy

Search wording is sent securely to the services needed to create the journey briefing. Do not enter passport numbers, payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information into the search box.

A saved search is stored on the customer’s own device using browser storage. Sorted does not send a WhatsApp message automatically; sharing begins only when the customer presses the share button and confirms it in their chosen app.

The hosting platform may retain operational logs needed for security and reliability. We do not currently sell personal information or use customer searches for third-party advertising.

Using the service

Customers remain responsible for checking names, dates, passenger details, accessibility needs and all booking information before payment.

Supplier prices and availability can change quickly. Sorted cannot guarantee that an option will remain available after the customer leaves the website, or accept responsibility for a supplier’s service.
